Welcome to Into the Mythos.

Into the Mythos is operated by Aidelia Rae, LLC ("Into the Mythos," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of intothemythos.com, purchases made through our website, and other interactions with Into the Mythos where these Terms are presented or incorporated by reference.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.

1. About Into the Mythos

Into the Mythos is an independent creative brand and mercantile offering digital and physical products inspired by storytelling, folklore, nature, creativity, everyday adventure, and the original world of Into the Mythos.

Products may include original Into the Mythos creations, handmade or small-batch goods, sourced goods, digital products, printed materials, and other merchandise.

Products and availability may change over time.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

The website is intended for a general audience. However, purchases must be made by an adult or with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. By submitting an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into the transaction and are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect Into the Mythos, our customers, our intellectual property, or our systems.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately.

Because screens, materials, production methods, and handmade processes vary, colors, textures, dimensions, finishes, and other characteristics may differ slightly from photographs or digital representations.

Handmade, hand-finished, natural-material, vintage, or small-batch products may have variations that are part of the nature of the item rather than defects.

Product descriptions will identify material information about an item when applicable.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, products, promotions, and availability may change without notice before an order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, or pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you regarding available options as appropriate.

Products may be offered in limited quantities and may sell out or be discontinued.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or availability.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel a paid order that we cannot fulfill, we will refund the applicable amount.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, delivery, and other information necessary to complete your purchase.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Into the Mythos may not directly receive or store complete payment-card information processed by third-party payment providers.

7. Digital Products

Into the Mythos may sell downloadable files, printables, guides, templates, artwork, written materials, patterns, or other digital content.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or copyright.

You may not, unless expressly authorized in writing:

• Resell or redistribute digital products

• Share purchased files with others

• Upload purchased files to file-sharing platforms

• Reproduce digital products for commercial sale

• Claim Into the Mythos content as your own

• Modify or incorporate the content into products intended for resale

• Use digital products to create competing products or collections

Additional license terms displayed on a particular digital product will apply to that product.

8. Physical Products

Physical products may include handmade, produced, sourced, printed, assembled, or small-batch goods.

Shipping estimates, fulfillment information, returns, exchanges, damaged shipments, and related policies are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe stated at purchase, we will address the delay or cancellation in accordance with applicable law. Federal rules govern shipment representations and certain delayed online orders.

9. Markets, Craft Fairs & In-Person Purchases

Into the Mythos may sell products at craft fairs, markets, festivals, pop-ups, and other in-person events.

Prices, inventory, promotions, product availability, and return eligibility at in-person events may differ from those offered online.

Any return or exchange policy applicable specifically to an in-person purchase will be communicated at the point of sale, on signage, on the receipt, or through another reasonable method.

Wisconsin consumer guidance recommends that retailers clearly communicate return and refund policies before purchase.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Offers

From time to time, Into the Mythos may offer discount codes, promotions, giveaways, bundles, early-access opportunities, or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Offers cannot be combined

• Offers have no cash value

• Offers may be limited by time, quantity, product, customer, or sales channel

• Promotions may be modified or ended as permitted by applicable law

11. Intellectual Property

The Into the Mythos website and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This may include, as applicable:

• Into the Mythos names, branding, logos, and marks

• Original artwork and illustrations

• Product designs

• Maps

• Written content and stories

• Field Notes

• Worldbuilding materials

• Region and location materials

• Characters and creatures

• Photography

• Graphics

• Digital products

• Website design and original website content

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Into the Mythos intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative commercial products from protected Into the Mythos content except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

12. User Communications & Submissions

If you submit feedback, reviews, photographs, artwork, stories, or other material to Into the Mythos, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.

We do not claim ownership of your original content merely because you send it to us.

We will not publicly use customer-created photographs, artwork, stories, or other submitted material for marketing or promotional purposes without permission, except where the material was submitted as part of a promotion or program whose disclosed terms expressly permit that use.

13. Contact & Service Communications

If you contact Into the Mythos or voluntarily provide your contact information, you consent to receive communications reasonably related to your inquiry, order, requested service, or other interaction with us.

Expedition Dispatch & Marketing Emails

You may voluntarily subscribe to the Expedition Dispatch to receive Into the Mythos news, Field Notes, product and collection updates, event announcements, first-access opportunities, and occasional offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to respond to a request, complete a transaction, deliver a purchase, or provide information about an existing order.

Phone & Text Communications

If you voluntarily provide a phone number, we may use it to respond by phone or text regarding your inquiry, order, requested service, or other interaction with us. Providing a phone number does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring promotional text messages.

Recurring promotional text messages will only be sent with separate consent where required. Consent to promotional communications is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, social networks, shipping providers, or other services.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aidelia Rae, LLC and Into the Mythos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, these Terms will be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections that apply under law and cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these Terms as Into the Mythos grows, products or services change, or legal requirements evolve.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
